I took the longest break ive ever taken from consistent working out since i started lifting 3 years ago. I really thought i would lose my muscle but ive now realized that since ive built that foundation my body holds on to that muscle i built. I know it can feel overwhelming when you just start out in the gym because you think you鈥檒l have to work this hard for the rest of your life just to keep your muscle but thats not true.
